• Profile data: Job title, organization, and profile photo if you choose to add them.

• Project & ticket data: Text, files, images, and videos you upload as part of engineering projects.

• Chat messages: Text and media sent within the App.

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Device identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications.

• Usage analytics: Usage analytics and diagnostic information to improve app performance and user experience.

• Crash reports: Crash reports and technical logs to help identify and fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s features.

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Google Firebase infrastructure hosted in secure data centers.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies, including TLS 1.2+ for data in transit and encryption at rest. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

We may share information only with the following service providers when necessary to operate the App:

• Supabase Inc. – database, authentication, and file storage services.

• Google Firebase – push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting services.

Permissions & Purpose

• CAMERA: Capturing photos and videos for project attachments.

• RECORD_AUDIO: Sending voice notes in chat.

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: Selecting media files from your device.

• INTERNET: Connecting to Rebuillion services.

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Supporting background uploads and syncing.

• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Restarting background services after device reboot.

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Displaying push notifications.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Personal data associated with deleted accounts will be permanently removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
